1. Payment

Full payment is required in net 30 from the date of training. Peak 2 Peak Safety Training reserves the right to withhold certificates until full payment has been cleared. Individual costumers are required to make a payment in full at time of booking.

2. Cancellation

The full course fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date. Cancellations can be received either by phone (403) 763-7422 or email peak2peaksafety@gmail.com

Peak 2 Peak Safety Training reserves the right to cancel courses if necessary. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 7 days notice.

 

3. Transfers

You can transfer a delegate once without incurring a charge, provided that Peak 2 Peak Safety Training receives this request at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfer requests can be received either by phone (403) 763-7422 or email peak2peaksafety@gmail.com

If a transfer request is received outside this period then the full course fee will be charged. If you subsequently transfer or cancel a delegate after a transfer has been made then the full cost of the course will be charged. In the event of illness a transfer will be considered on receipt of a medical certificate.

 

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in full if requested no sooner than 7 days of the course start date. Participants will not receive a refund if requested within 7 days of the course start date.

 

5. Re-Booking

A student is entitled to two complimentary re-bookings, if they are made prior to the commencement of the course. A $25 administration fee will apply.

If you subsequently cancel from a re-booked course you will incur the full course fee based on the time of your cancellation AND original re-booking.

 

6. Attendance

Participants must attend and complete all aspects of the course to qualify for certification. The full cost of the course will be charged for participant(s) who arrive late or are absent from all or part of the course. This applies even if they are refused admittance due to lateness.

 

7. Meeting the needs of participants

Peak 2 Peak Safety Training has an Equal Opportunities Policy. To enable us to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and their requirements are fully met, you must advise us in advance of any special requirements that your participant(s) need in order to enable them to participate fully in the training.

Please note that any specialist equipment and/or personnel such as signers or translators are not provided by Peak 2 Peak Safety Training; however, these can be sourced at your own cost.

 

8. Re-certification

It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that all delegates attending A recertification course hold proof of a current (in date) first aid certificate which is valid for the duration of the recertification course being attended.

In Canada, participants whose certificates lapse before the date of training will not be accepted into the course. In this instance, the full participant fee will still be charged. It is the responsibility of the employer to provide a copy of the certificate at the time of booking.

 

9. Certification

On the successful completion of the course and full payment of all fees, all participants will receive a certificate to there Red Cross or Heart & Stroke profile.

A copy of certificates can also be forwarded to the course organizers upon request.
